Individual Unit Management & Status Certificates
Individual Unit Management provides professional day-to-day management for tenanted condominium units. Sablecrest coordinates online rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance requests, condominium-related matters, emergency issues, and owner updates.
Sablecrest does not currently provide rental advertising, showings, tenant screening, or tenant-placement services. Our Individual Unit Management service is available for tenanted units.
Tenants can conveniently pay their monthly rent through our secure online management system or enroll in pre-authorized payments (PAP). We monitor payments and provide property owners with clear and organized payment records.
Management fees vary based on the needs of the property and the services required. Contact Sablecrest for a personalized proposal.
We monitor rent payments and follow up with the tenant when a payment is missed. The property owner is kept informed of any outstanding rent. Tenants can also enroll in pre-authorized payments (PAP) to help make monthly payments more convenient and consistent.
Yes. Sablecrest can manage an individual unit even when another company manages the condominium corporation. We communicate with the corporation’s management when matters involve building access, condominium rules, common elements, or other requirements affecting the unit or tenant.
